Once you've logged into the KelbyOne website, navigate to the "Community" link located on the left side of your KelbyOne Members Only dashboard.
On the Community Help Desk page, you can either scroll through the existing topics to see if your question has already been addressed or use the search button in the upper right corner to find relevant information.
If you don't find an existing answer, please feel free to click the "NEW TOPIC" button (available at both the top and bottom of the page) to create a new topic and post your question.
