Why did my payment fail to process?

Did you get a notice that you had a failed credit card charge? No problem!  Your card on file may have expired. 

To fix it, log into your member dashboard: members.kelbyone.com. Hover over the profile icon in the upper right corner, click on the "Account" link in the drop down menu.

Once on your account page under the Membership Details heading, click on the "Pay Now" or "Renew" link - this will take you to the check out page. Just fill out the information on the check out page and process your membership renewal order.
