To save you time and ensure that your membership stays active, memberships are setup to auto-renew, however, we understand that some members may wish to manually renew their membership. No worries, you can setup your account for manual renewal by following the steps below.
First, log into your member dashboard: members.kelbyone.com. Once logged in, click on the My Account link on the left hand side of the page. Once on your account page, you will see the “Membership Details” heading. Just click on the blue “Cancel” link on the bottom left hand side of the Membership Details box.
Don’t Worry! You are NOT be canceling your current membership. Hitting “Cancel” only cancels the Auto-Renewal process for your next membership renewal. You will be able to manually renew anytime during your upcoming membership expiration month to continue your membership.
