For all Photoshop, Lightroom, and photography-related technical help, we recommend our KelbyOne Pro Members utilize our members-only website. You can access the Community Help Desk via this link: https://members.kelbyone.com/member-support/

Once you are logged onto the KelbyOne website, click on the profile icon on the KelbyOne Members Only home page. From the drop-down menu, choose the “Support” link. Under “Contact Us,” select the "Learn from Our Community" link. There, you can post your question in our Community to receive feedback from other KelbyOne members and instructors.

Additionally, if your question pertains to a specific members-only KelbyOne online training course you are viewing, please use the “Discuss Course” link located directly under the course media player.
