No worries! An easy way to resolve this issue is to just reset your password. To do that, click on the "sign in" tab at the top of the KelbyOne site. A pop up will come up prompting you to log in. Click on the "forgot password" link on the bottom right.
From there you'll be taken to a page to enter the username or email that you use on your KelbyOne account and click "reset password."
KelbyOne will email you a secure link to the email address on your account to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to set your new password.
