Can I change the quality of the Video Player?

By default the player is set to Auto, this will automatically adjust the quality of the video based on the amount of bandwidth detected for your internet connection. However, sometimes you might want to force the video quality to a higher or lower setting. You can choose a video quality by hovering over the settings icon in the lower right corner of the player and selecting the quality you want to watch.

We suggest if you're having streaming issues to try and reduce your stream settings here. Some Internet Service Provider connections do have problems with auto sensing the quality and this can cause buffering and stuttering issues. Going to a manual setting can sometimes correct the issue.
If you're still having quality issues, check to make sure no other internet enabled devices such as Internet TV, Gaming Consoles, Streaming devices and Video Chats are taking the bandwidth you would need to stream the live content.ย
